PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sanitary item that eliminates the necessity of carrying many replacement items, requires only once mounting and adhesion to a prescribed position of an underwear per a plurality of composite absorptive sheets and simultaneously reduces time required for replacement of a new composite absorptive sheet. SOLUTION: In a laminated structure of two or more composite absorptive sheets made by superposing an upper layer composite absorptive sheet having an upper layer lining sheet on the reverse, with the reverse side down, on a lower layer composite absorptive sheet having a lower layer lining sheet on the reverse, and temporarily fastening the periphery of the lower layer lining sheet to the periphery of the upper layer lining sheet of the upper layer composite absorptive sheet, the temporary fastening is made by mechanical crimp, and the function of attaching to underwear is provided on the reverse of the lowermost lining sheet of the lowermost layer composite absorptive sheet.
