PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ignition of oil particles stuck to the inner wall of a duct 24 in a smokeless roaster 10. SOLUTION: An outer pot 13 is incorporated in a cooking opening part 12a formed at a table 11, an inner pot 14 is incorporated in the pot 13, a smoke discharging passage 17 communicating with a smoke discharging port 13a formed at the bottom of the pot 13 and the part 12a is segmented by the pot 14 and the pot 13, a grease filter 23 is arranged in the passage 17 or the duct 25, burning smoke, exhaust gas, etc., generated at the part 12a are discharged through a duct 24 and the oil particles in the smoke and exhaust gas are caught by the filter 23. A sieve net 24 for catching the sparks is arranged on the downstream of the filter 23.
