PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the occlusal surface for a dental prosthetic appliance in such a way that at the time of occlusion, offset load does not act on the cervical part of a part to which a dental prosthetic appliance such as an implant denture, crown and inlay is fixed. SOLUTION: A gypsum model is prepared based on the obtained impression of a part to which a dental prosthetic appliance is fixed, a dental prosthetic appliance model 1 is prepared with dental wax, dental ceramic raw materials or dental resin materials after specifying occlusion small face positions a and b for the opposing teeth on the gypsum model, the three-dimensional coordinates and tilt angle of the occlusion small face positions a and b of the dental prosthetic appliance model 1 are measured, an acting point in cervical face P of a dental prosthetic appliance mounted tooth is determined for a component force perpendicular to the tilt face of the occlusion small face positions of force acting on the occlusion small face positions and the occlusion face of the dental prosthetic appliance is formed by changing the tilt angle in the occlusion small face position a in such a way that the acting point is situated within the cervical part of the tooth or at a part near the cervical part of the tooth when the acting point is out of the cervical part of the tooth. |
