PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new assaying technique for fractionating an enzyme associated with glucuronic acid conjugation in humans, and determining the enzyme, and further to provide a primer pair and a probe therefor. SOLUTION: This probe usable for assaying the enzyme associated with the glucuronic acid conjugation comprises an oligonucleotide hybridizing with a specific region of the gene. The assaying kit of the gene associated with the glucuronic acid conjugation is selected from a combination of a primer pair of a forward primer and a reverse primer, comprising the oligonucleotide hybridizing with the specific region of the gene. The method for assaying the enzyme associated with the glucuronic acid conjugation uses the assaying kit.
