PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently punch in a suitable place of a longitudinal split pipe 1. SOLUTION: This punching device is provided with a punching die 24 where the longitudinal split pipe 1 can be mounted on the outer periphery thereof by manual work. A punching pin 23 for punching the longitudinal split pipe in cooperation with the punching die 24 is provided to be driven by a driving member 22. A slit guide 25 for guiding a slit 2 of the longitudinal split pipe 1 is provided, and the central part of the slit 2 of the longitudinal split pipe 1 is located in the punching pin 23 by the slit guide 25.
