PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot-runner metallic mold, an injection forming apparatus using this metallic mold and a hot-runner forming method with which even in the case of becoming the negative pressure in a cavity by exhausting gas, molten metal held in a hot-runner nozzle, is not sucked in, and even in the case of being the ordinary formation without exhausting the gas, the plugging of the nozzle tip hole caused by the drip of the molten metal from the nozzle tip part is not developed. SOLUTION: When the exhaust of the gas in the cavity 24 and the heat-up of the hot-runner nozzle 18 are simultaneously performed, or when the heat-up of the hot-runner nozzle 18 is performed, the tip outlet of the hot-runner nozzle 18 is closed by pushing this outlet with a shut-off pin 29 coming out from the movable side metallic mold so as not to suck the molten metal held in the hot-runner nozzle 18.
