PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrated cake pulverizing apparatus capable of certainly performing the high level pulverization of a dehydrated cake obtained by washing crushed stones/crushed sand so as to obtain the fine particles of which 95% or more has a particle size of <5 mm, and a dehydrated cake pulverizing treatment apparatus equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The dehydrated cake pulverizing apparatus 300L, for shearing and finely grinding improved soil obtained by roughly grinding a mixture of a dehydrated cake and a soil improving material, has two rotary bodies 326, which are formed by providing a large number of blades 340 to rotary shafts 331 in an axial direction and arranged so that mutual rotary loci R are partially overlapped in a radial direction, and a surrounding means, which consists of the main body housing 328 for surrounding the peripheries of the rotary bodies 326 and an inspection lid 349. The surrounding means is equipped with an arcuate part, which consists of body part side walls 328C, of which the inner peripheral surfaces are formed into an arcuate shape along the rotary loci R of the rotary bodies 326, and fitting parts 349a, and lower side walls 328D extended under the arcuate part in a diameter expanding direction. |
