PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which solves water leakage problems about ridges in a farming field and on the area located under ridges and reduce the cost associated with water control in a farming field. SOLUTION: This working apparatus for farming field formation has a support frame 30 mounted on a tractor T and a mounting platform 10; wherein the support frame 30 is equipped with a furrowing rotor situated on the forefront in the work advancing direction, a ridge-cutting rotor 33 projected in the working cross direction beyond the furrowing rotor, and a border coating rotor 38 further projected in the working cross direction beyond the ridge-cutting rotor 33, and furthermore a water content regulatory auger 36 to be driven by a hydraulic motor and situated within the working locus of the furrowing rotor and a digging-up auger 37 for dug soil; and the platform 10 is mounted with a hydraulic pump for feeding pressure oil to various sections, a water tank 11 and a water pump 12 therefor, and a solidifier tank and a feed blower therefor, etc. In this working apparatus, dug soil is ensured to scatter on the ridge side and a solidifier can be fed, as appropriate, to such dug soil.
