PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid feeding container capable of easily housing a fed solid in a container body without shaking by preventing shaking of a holder by forming a cross sectional shape of the container in a square shape and forming a cross sectional shape of the solid such as a solid paste or the like in a square shape. SOLUTION: The solid feeding container A comprises a container body 10 for housing the solid X, a rotary unit 20 provided at the bottom of the body 10, a screw shaft having a threaded part coupled to the unit 20 and projected in the body 10, and a holder loosely fitted in the body 10 to hold the solid X screwed on the shaft having a threaded part. The unit 20 is rotated to vertically slide the holder screwed on the shaft having the threaded part to projectably and retractably feed the solid X. The cross sectional shape of the body 10 is formed in the square shape, and the profile of the body 10 is formed in a square columnar shape. A protrusion 42a is formed on at least one surface of the outer wall of the holder 40.
