PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a completely self-standing bathtub for care, which enables a user to take a bath while getting on a wheelchair, the door of the bathtub to be automatically locked when closing the door and water supply/drainage to be automated. SOLUTION: A freely opening/closing door 3 is provided on an opening part 2 of the bathtub, and travel pits 24, where the wheels of a wheelchair 23 can pass, are formed on the inner bottom of the bathtub. The door is automatically opened by an automatic door opening/closing mechanism A, the closed state of the door is sensed by a proximity sensor 7, and the door 3 is locked by a door lock mechanism 4.
