PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a planetary gear type differential device on the same axis as a countershaft of a two-shaft type transmission by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A center differential input shaft 51 of a center differential device 35 is made hollow and is connected with the countershaft 22, a front output shaft 55 from the center differential device 35 is arranged inside the center differential input shaft 51 and is connected with a front drive shaft 36, a hub 70 fixed inside a carrier 66 is extended and provided inside the center differential input shaft 51 through a clearance between a first sun gear 60 and a second sun gear 63 and is connected with the front output shaft 55, and a carrier 66 is connected with the front drive shaft 36 arranged inside the countershaft 22 so as to transmit power.
