PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitation management device which automatically judges whether hands are washed rightly or not and prohibits entering a sanitation managing area from a finger washing area when the hands are not washed rightly. SOLUTION: Plural machines 1... for washing fingers are disposed in the finger washing area. A sequence control means 3 controls the plural devices 1... in a prescribed order. When the operation time of the respective devices 1... becomes >= a prescribed time, a door opening and closing control means 2 opens the door 20 of an entrance to the sanitation managing area from the finger washing area.
