PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allow a patient who cannot stand up by himself/herself to easily ride on a wheelchair or to move from the wheelchair to a bed. SOLUTION: A wheelchair is provided with a mechanism with functions of lifting and forward/backward sliding of the seat of a wheelchair, a seat frame 2, and a seat having rotational structure and an opening/closing cover structure for using a toilet or showerroom. Also, a miniaturized cart is employed in order that the patient can easily use the wheelchair on whatever tatami floor or a bed, thereby making the nursing care vehicle, and the wheelchair is made in which one nursing care vehicle has a multiple functions such as a function of replacing a wheel in consideration of level difference invariably provided in most of Japanese houses. |
