PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method for waste water which is extremely little in the amount of generated sludge, more particularly the low-BOD concentration waste water and a device for the same. SOLUTION: The waste water treating method which biologically treats the waste water by treating the waste water with a low sludge generation treating means, separating the treated water to sludge and effluent, solubilizing the separate sludge and returning the solubilized sludge liquid into the raw waste water.
