A received-signal processing method capable of performing precise probe measurement by compensating for a variation in distance between the antenna of an electromagnetic wave probe and an object to be probed.In the received-signal processing method of an electromagnetic wave probe (70) for performing probe by radiating an electromagnetic wave from an antenna (AT) at predetermined regular intervals and analyzing received signals (E) obtained from reflected waves from an object, a phase correcting process of the received signals (E) is performed to eliminate the phase difference occurring due to a variation in distance between the antenna (AT) and the object (G) to be probed, and an amplitude uniforming process of each received signal is performed. |
