PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the ingredient of a GYOZA (a dumpling stuffed with minced pork) caused by breaking of an adhered part by steam pressure when the GYOZA having a small adhered area such as one mouthful GYOZA is brought to be a water GYOZA (GYOZA boiled in water). SOLUTION: This method for producing a GYOZA is to put an ingredient on a cluster of the GYOZA having an irregular periphery made of two relatively large projections arranged to be linear symmetric and relatively small protrusions arranged on the both sides connecting the both large protrusions, wrap the ingredient in by raising the both protrusions on the same side, adhere the both large protrusions and form an air permeable hole between the adhered large protrusions and the small protrusions pushed in under the large protrusions to make air to pass though and bring the adhered part of the one mouthful GYOZA not to be peeled off. |
