PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toasted laver sheet with patterned openings, capable of being widely applied to up-to-date cooking styles composing a food culture, by completely changing an orthodox image, which is brought about by conventional toasted laver sheets, as a food material, and capable of still more increasing cooking novelties in which the toasted laver is used. SOLUTION: This toasted laver sheet with the patterned openings is obtained by perforating innumerous numbers of the patterned openings (B), such as heart- shaped, star-shaped and plover-shaped openings, so that openings are arranged all over the surface of the toasted laver sheet (A). |
