SOLUTION: On a game panel 2 of this pachinko machine 1, an operation port and a big winning port are provided. At the central section of the game panel 2, a special pattern display device equipped with a display section is incorporated. A plurality of pattern rows are displayed on the display section, and the pattern rows are constituted of a plurality of kinds of patterns. The plurality of kinds of patterns start changing when a game ball enters a wining port. Then, when a ready-to-win state is generated as a result of the variable display, the value for the development rate is displayed in the special pattern display device after all the patterns stop.
