SOLUTION: An ordinary mounting mechanism is formed by a pivotaly supporting cylindrical part provided on a back cover 37 and a pivotaly supporting pin provided on the board case 45 for a lamp, and a mounting mechanism for maintenance and inspection is formed by a mounting hole 37c provided in the back cover 37 and an engagement hook part 45b provided on the board case 45 for a lamp.
