PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder for a drilling working board and/or a striking working board to constantly protect a connecting means against an external effect, to be perfectly stored and arranged inside in the radial direction of an operating element and to lower abrasion of the connecting means. SOLUTION: A clamp element 32 is formed as a separate constitutional part from the operating element 24 on a chuck device 28 equipped with a base body 10 having an opening 14 for inserting a tool, the operating element 24 for operating a locking element 18 for locking the tool, and connecting means 38, 40 for connecting the clamp element 32 and the locking element operable by the operating element.
