PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking press where the width in the vertical direction of a cylinder of each side part moving mechanism is reduced and rapid correction of the deviation from a reference position of each side part moving mechanism is controlled by the reduction of the width. SOLUTION: In this rocking press, at least three side part moving mechanisms 5 which can select a connected state and a non-connected state on a rocking spindle supporting part 3 in the horizontal direction are disposed substantially at equal angular intervals by using the horizontal direction from the center position for rocking the rocking spindles 1 as the reference. In a connected state a, the position of the side part moving mechanisms 5 can be adjusted in the vertical direction by the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder 51. In the non-connected condition b, the rocking spindle supporting part 3 is located above compared with the connected state, and supported from the bottom side by at least two lower part moving mechanism 5' arranged below the rocking spindle support part 3.
