STRINGING APPARATUS OF TOBACCO LEAF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable feed to a stringing apparatus without carrying out preparation for winding rope in order to solve troublesome preparation for winding rope, though winding operation of rope before operating the stringing apparatus is required. SOLUTION: This stringing apparatus 1 is equipped with a guide barrel 20 bellow a carrying conveyer 4 and the guide barrel 20 has a spiral guide groove 22 on the outer peripheral surface. The rope R is wound around the guide barrel 20 and fed out while smoothing the interior of the guide barrel 20. The rope R is wound around the guide barrel 20 over about 1.5 cycles and since resistance is produced together with feeding out, adequate tension is applied to the rope R on the carrying conveyer 4 and sewing of tobacco leaf L is stabilized. Since the guide barrel 20 guides feeding out of rope R toward the carrying conveyer 4 to carry out action introducing the rape R at a prescribed position, the guide barrel 20 enables stable feed of rope R.
