PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance of the inside of a handle part of a double bearing reel that has two clutch operation members for doing the different clutch operations each other. SOLUTION: A plate 11 for mounting the mechanism is set to the cover 6 on the side to which the handle of the reel main body 1 of the double bearing while two clutch-operating members 17, 27 are movably and undetachably fitted to the side plate 9 through which the spool 12 passes on the side to which the handle is attached. In addition, a clutch plate 55 is provided in the space in which the mechanism is set so that the clutch plate 55 may link to the two clutch-operating members 17, 27 and engage with the clutch-switching mechanism.
