PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mode setter in which labor to store an operation condition every time power is OFF is eliminated for a memory to store an operation condition for each beauty parlor. Except for a memory in which temperature control, operation time, etc., are set when the device is shipped from a plant, an operation condition matching the treatment contents for each beauty parlor can be stored in a memory 17 which can store data even when power is OFF.
