PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge raking machine by which treatment load imposed on an operator and cost can be reduced and in which the projecting angle of a rake arm can be adjusted. SOLUTION: This sludge raking machine is provided with a main shaft 26 which is installed in a settling tank 22 for separating dirty water 34 into sludge 35 and supernatant water 36, driven to rotate around the vertical shaft center by a driving motor 28 and disposed vertically in the center part of the tank 22, the rake arm 50 which is pin-connected to the bottom side of the main shaft 26 to be rotated and extends almost in the horizontal direction, a rake 52 fixed on the arm 50 and a rake supporting member 54 for connecting the main shaft 26 to the arm 50 to hang/support the arm 50. The member 54 is constituted so that screw parts 60, 62 are arranged on a first rod member 56 and the second rod member 58, which are opposite to each other, respectively and the screw parts 60, 62 are connected to each other by using a nut 64 one end of which is threaded right-handedly and the other is threaded left-handedly.
