PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a single person to operate easily a kite used in kite surfing or the like. SOLUTION: The operation handle has sheet rolls 1 on its both sides and has sheet guides 2 which can rotate and lock on the outer side of the sheet rolls. The central part of the handle is provided with a level difference to change the rotating direction of the sheet rolls, by which the stopping of the rotation of the rolls is surely made possible. If a harness 7 is attached to the central part of the handle provided with the level difference and is connected to the body, the free extension and stop of a sheet are possible even under strong wind. When the length of the sheet is determined, the sheet guides 3 are locked to the sheet rolls and the kite may be operated by changing the rotating direction of the rolls and completely stopping the elongation of the sheet.
