PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole with excellent slipproof properties against a wet road surface, snow, and ice. SOLUTION: Plural blocks 102 partitioned by grooves 101 are respectively equipped on areas of the inside waist, the outside waist, and the heel center part which receive large load against the ground in walking. Plural parallel wavy grooves across from one edge to the other edge are formed on the grounding face of each block 102. Each area is made so as to include a block with a wavy groove 2 extended in one axis tilted in 35-40 deg. outward from the walking direction and a block 102 with a wavy groove 2 extended in the direction of the horizontally crossing axis orthogonally crossing the one axis.
