PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding a frozen sweet capable of preventing the idling of a pump. SOLUTION: This apparatus for feeding the frozen sweet is designed to judge that brine is insufficient when a cylinder bottom float switch is in a state of ON (S1), a lower float switch in a tank is in a state of ON (S2) and an upper float switch in the tank is further in a state of OFF (S3), light a brine shortage lamp (S12), forcedly cut off the energization to a pump motor and keep the pump motor in a stopped state (S11).
