PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that root vegetables in a tilted state are fed to a cutter for cutting leaves and stems and the reduction of cutting accuracy such as unevenness of cutting positions is caused because a supporting structure of a shoulder-arranging frame is unstable to cause difference in right and left shoulder-arranging belts in a conventional vegetable harvester. SOLUTION: The shoulder-arranging belt 3 present at the lower part of a starting part of a tapping belt 1 and at the front side of the cutter 2 for cutting the leaves and stems is constituted so as to receive the root vegetables conveyed by right and left pair of nipping belts 4 and 4', and convey the root vegetables by hanging them. The shoulder-arranging belt 3 is installed at the position for feeding the received root vegetables to the following cutter 2 for cutting the leaves and stems by arranging the shoulder parts of the received root vegetables at the upper side, by supporting the belt 3 by a shoulder- arranging frame 5 so as to be freely rotatable. The shoulder-arranging frame 5 is attached to a supporting arm 8 present at the lower part and extended upward from a machine body frame 7 connected to a car body 6.
