PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application device which enables a user to apply a product such as cosmetics, care products, etc., for instance, to skin or hair without remaining wasteful remainder, is manufactured at low cost, and can be reused. SOLUTION: This application device is equipped with a member 2 to define the surface of an applicator with at least one or more communicating ports 13, 14, 15 through which a product is carried. The applicator member 2 is equipped with first fixing means 7, 8 to cooperate with second fixing means 33, 34 which can mount a vessel 40 to store the product. The opening 44 is partially opened by the first and second fixing means 7, 8, 33, 34 to supply the product via at least one of the communicating ports to the applicator surface 3.
