PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electronically detect whether the quantity of an applied sealing agent is proper or not in center seal processing by lapping press in which a solvent type sealing agent is applied on a lapping surface formed by folding both side end fringe parts in the width direction of a lengthy belt-shaped film to a middle part and the seal surface is lapped. SOLUTION: A fluorescent agent is added into the sealing agent, a tube film 22 manufactured by the center seal processing is exposed to the light of a fluorescent lamp 32, the reflection of the light is photographed by a CCD camera 31, a signal is subjected to binary processing by an image processing part 34 to be reflected on a black and white picture plane of a monitor 33, the number of the picture elements of white on the picture plane is measured by an image processing part 34, and it is judged whether the quantity of the applied sealing agent is proper or not, so that electronic detection of the quantity of the applied sealing agent is proper is made possible. |
