COVER STRUCTURE OF AIR BAG SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the discoloration of a predicted rupture part when a lid part is formed integrally with a cover by the predicted rupture part in a cover structure of an air bag system. SOLUTION: The lid part 7 is formed integrally with the cover 1 covering the air bag by the predicted rupture part 5. A dispersion prevention member 9 is installed over the rear surface of the lid part 5 and the fixed part of the cover 1 side so as to bridge the predicted rupture part 5. The portion 12 of the dispersion prevention member 9 opposed to the predicted rupture part 5 is allowed to abut on the predicted rupture part 5 by bending so as to be overlapped with each other. When the air bag is inflated, the predicted rupture part 5 is broken, and the portion 12 of the dispersion prevention member 9 opposed to the predicted rupture part 5 is bent to open the lid part 7 so as to develop the air bag.
