PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly obtain a large amount of alkali cellulase for a detergent by using an alkali cellulase gene. SOLUTION: This alkali cellulase gene has an amino acid sequence derived from a bacterium of the genus Bacillus or an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence. This recombinant vector contains the alkali cellulase gene. This transformant contains the recombinant vector. This is obtained from a host being a bacterium. |
