<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate the paths of an electric wire, a grounding wire and a data wire between an electronic control unit which is attached on a single carrier and a plurality of printing head dies. SOLUTION: This ink jet printing head assembly 12 has first and second surfaces, and is a carrier 30 which includes a plurality of conductor layers 34, a plurality of conductive connecting paths 38 and a plurality of insulator layers 36. Then, the plurality of conductor layers 34 contain first and second interface layers 70 and 71 which are arranged on the first and second surfaces of the carrier 30, and at least one each of an electric layer 72, a data layer 76 and a grounding layer 74 which are respectively arranged between the interface layers 70 and 71. Then, the ink jet printing head assembly 12 comprises the conductive connecting path 38 which passes at least one insulator layer 36 and a plurality of printing head dies 49. In this case, the conductive connecting path 38 electrically connects the conductor layers which are selected from among the conductor layers 34. The plurality of printing head dies 40 are respectively attached to the first surface of the carrier 30, and are respectively electrically connected with first interface layer 70.</p> |
