PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a tonneau cover so as to increase the scope of an application. SOLUTION: Tonneau cover support bars 9 and 10 are fitted to both end parts of a tonneau cover formed of a net body, and both ends of the tonneau cover support bars 9 and 10 are fitted into fitting holes 12 and 13 provided vertically in a plurality of stages in both right and left side walls of a luggage room. Thus, the tonneau cover 8 forms of a cover material over the luggage floor 4, and also forms a luggage placing shelf part. In addition, an auxiliary tonneau cover support bar 11 is installed at the center part of the tonneau cover 8, and both ends of the auxiliary tonneau cover support bar 11 are fitted to auxiliary fitting holes 14 and 15 provided in both right and left, side walls in connection with the fitting of the tonneau cover support bars 9 and 10 into the fitting holes 12 and 13. The tonneau cover support bars 9 and 10 and the auxiliary tonneau cover support bar 11 are selectively fitted to the fitting holes 12 and 13 and the auxiliary fitting holes 14 and 15 so that the tonneau cover 8 can be expanded in various patterns.
