PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain satisfactory weld quality by preventing vibrations at the time of a high speed travel in equipment having two electrodes to one weld line and welding while alternately energizing the electrodes. SOLUTION: Restraint rollers 8, 9 pressing a work 1 and a welding torch 10 having two electrodes, are hung on a welding head 5 hung from a travelling device 4. The restraint rollers 8, 9 are freely ascendably and descendably hung on the frame 5A of the welding head 5 through air cylinders 12, 12. The restraint rollers 8, 9 are freely ascendable and descendable in a straight line with linear guides 13, 13. The welding torch 10 is freely ascendably and descendably hung on the frame 5A. The welding torch 10 is connected to the restraint roller 8 through stays 11A, 11B. When the welding torch 10 is vibrated, its vibrations are absorbed with the elasticity of the air cylinder 12, and the welding in restraint travel can be performed.
