PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable apparatus for throwing a terminal tackle for fishing on a boat, capable of being simply assembled, changed, fixed on a boat corresponding to various conditions and preferably usable for offshore fishing or squid fishing, preventing a fishing line entanglement at the main part of a terminal tackle. SOLUTION: A first fitting member 8 having an approximately L-shaped cross section and a second fitting member 18 are installed so as to bestride a side of a boat, a side plate 10 of the first fitting member 8 is equipped with a main fishing line nipping tool, being a means for preventing a fishing line entanglement of the main part of a terminal tackle, constituted of a rubber string 15 with a hook, a fishhook insertion hole 16 and a sponge sheet or a napped cloth sheet 17. A second fitting member flat plate part 19 at a sea side is furnished with a rubber magnet plate 23 being an adsorbing and retaining member of a fishhook 3 or plural cubic members 25 constituted of cylindrical fishhook retaining tools 24 being an insertion and retention means of squid jig fishhooks 3a or a laterally long fishhook retention tools 28 wound with a sponge or a urethane being an engaging and retaining means of the squid jig fishhooks 3a.
