PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable noctilucent light emitting apparatus capable of quickly irradiating an article such as a terminal tackle for night fishing with light rays, readily gathering fishes to get a good fishing result and inexpensively enjoying fishing. SOLUTION: The cover of a box is provided with an opening part and a flash apparatus is attached to the outside of the part. A mirror is fitted to the inside of the box. A holder for passing a belt is attached to the outside of the box. A belt is passed through the holder. The box and the cover are equipped with hinges. The cover is provided with a projection. The box is provided with a handle to constitute the objective flash box.
