PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing a three-dimensional article which can deliver the article desired by a client in a short period only by receiving three-dimensional image data and a simple indication concerning the article from the client. SOLUTION: On the basis of the three-dimensional data on the article and indicative information about the fabrication which are provided from the client, image data necessary for the production of the article are extracted from the provided data, the article is produced by using the extracted image data, and the article is delivered to the client.
