PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a curing temperature in forming a liquid-repellent pattern, to materialize the formation of a fine recessed part in spite of a relatively thick surface protecting layer, and to eliminate a hindrance for a coating liquid to be repelled even when a filler of a polishing agent is added into the surface protecting layer. SOLUTION: In a decorative material using an ionizing radiation curable resin composition and the liquid-repellent pattern, the liquid repellent pattern 5 contains a melamine alkyd resin and a cellulose nitrate resin, an ionizing radiation curable resin electrode composition in forming the surface protecting layer 7, in order to be repelled well, uses an acrylic resin of poor wetting to form parts excluding the liquid-repellent pattern, and by restricting the content of the filler in the surface protecting layer, a coating solution in forming the surface protecting layer is repelled well by the liquid-repellent pattern.
