PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folded seat for a vehicle capable of being easily folded in spite of the locking of a back rest and a seat rest. SOLUTION: The folding seat 1 is provided with a base frame; a seat rest 4; and a back rest 5. The back rest 5 is movable between a use position and a folding position folded to a seat rest 4 side. The seat rest 4 is movable between a use position and a folding position folded to a wall surface 2a side with the back rest 5. This folded seat 1 is provided with a backrest use position lock means 11 and a release means 12 thereof. The folded seat 1 is provided with a seat rest use position lock means 7 and a release means 8 thereof. Both release means 12, 8 have a common operation part S for releasing a lock. A lock of the use position of both back rest 5 and the seat rest 4 is released by operating the operation part S to one side.
