SOLUTION: An instrument panel 1 has on a panel back 1b independent control drive parts 11 for an air-conditioning system, and has directly on a panel front 1a dial type operating parts 3a to 3c corresponding to the respective control drive parts 11 to offer a module and improve the design latitude of each operating part 3a, 3b, 3c.
