<p>The present invention relates to beer production as well as to production of beverages based on honey. The invention aims to diminish beer toxicity and to extend possibilities for using it. In beer composition, malt is replaced by natural bee honey the composition being as follows (in g): bee honey 1150-1250, beer yeast 50, hops 20-40, water 10000. The bee honey is dissolved in water and the mixture is boiled untill foam disappears. Then hops are admixed and boiling is continued for 15 min. The mixture is cooled down followed by yeast addition and is remained for fermentation. When fermentation is over vessel is stoppled, kept at 10 oC for 2-3 days and then mixture is bottled.</p> |
