PURPOSE: A reflective liquid crystal display is provided to simplify the fabrication procedure thereof by simultaneously forming concave and convex surface electrodes and contact holes of an insulating layer for improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A reflective liquid crystal display includes an insulating layer formed on a silicon film forming sources and drains of thin film transistors, reflection electrodes(10) formed on the insulating layer with a convex and concave surface, a transparent conductive film formed on the reflection electrodes to be connected to the reflection electrodes, and a protection film(12) formed between the reflection electrodes and the transparent conductive film for setting a cell gap among liquid display cells to /4λ, wherein the insulating layer is formed of a single insulating film.
