PURPOSE: A power generating system is provided to make non-powered charge possible by having a charger and a power generator and to use in all devices and systems requiring energy source. CONSTITUTION: A power generating system includes a rotating device having a one-pole permanent magnet acting part(11) and a two-pole permanent magnet reacting part(12), and a one-pole magnet(14) and a two-pole magnet. The one-pole magnet and two-pole magnet make power acting oppositely every section of an active area, which is a pore space formed between the one-pole permanent magnet acting part and the two-pole permanent magnet reacting part, by tension of a line of magnetic force flowing between the one-pole permanent magnet acting part and the two-pole permanent magnet reacting part, so that the one-pole permanent magnet acting part and the two-pole permanent magnet reacting part are moved horizontally or rotated without supply of electric power or driving power. |
