PURPOSE: A heat sink is provided to make heat radiating pins maintain a uniform angle, by forming a folding part as a spacer in each heat radiating plate wherein a portion between parts near the heat radiating pins is incised and folded by a predetermined width and length. CONSTITUTION: A heat absorbing unit directly receives the heat from a heat source, in contact with the heat source. A connection unit is formed as one body with the heat absorbing unit. A heat radiating unit radiates the heat transferred from the heat absorbing unit to the air through the connection unit, formed as one body with the connection unit. The heat absorbing units(16) are closely adhered to each other while being in contact with each other. A folding part(26) is formed between the heat radiating plates so that the heat radiating units(20) are separated from each other and are radially open.
