PURPOSE: A buckle composed of a hook plate and a hole plate is provided to make the fastening and releasing operation of the buckle to be rapidly and simply performed. CONSTITUTION: A hook plate(10) to be attached to a bag body(40) is provided with an inclined hook plate(12') formed by bending an exit edge portion thereof downward, and the inclined hook plate has an inner inclined surface and an outer inclined surface. A hole plate(20) to be attached to a bag cap is drilled with a hook hole behind a front plate thereof. After the hole plate is inserted through a hole plate insertion passage(30) formed between the hook plate and the bag body, the hook hole of the hole plate is caught by the inclined hook plate of the hook plate.
