PURPOSE: An artificial intelligence momentum measurer and a method thereof are provided to make a user exercise a sport the most appropriate to the physical strength by calculating the most appropriate momentum and alarming the approach to the momentum during an exercise. CONSTITUTION: An artificial intelligence momentum measurer comprises a display unit(101) for displaying the mileage, velocity, calories consumption and fat consumption of walking, jogging and marathon, a data input unit(102) for inputting such physical conditions as age, gender, weight and pace of a user and a target momentum, a switching unit(103) for controlling a backlight, momentum counting, and digital music playback, a mode selecting unit(104) for selecting a general function or the function of a momentum measurer and searching a display item, a speaker unit(105) for generating an alarm sound and converting an electrical signal of digital music into a sound, and a belt(106) for fixing the measurer onto the body of the user.
