SOLUTION: This device is provided with a camera 11 and the optical apparatus (for example, a lens system) fixedly installed to the plurality of lines 3 and 4, and an image processing device 2 performing image processing of image signals of objects W to be inspected picked up by a camera 12. An image processing method to be executed by the image processing device 2 is selectively switched on the basis of detection values of conveyance drifts of the objects W to be inspected to either one of a method simultaneously performing image processing on the image signals of the objects W to be inspected of the plurality of lines 3 and 4 or a method alternately performing image processing on the image signals of the objects W to be inspected of the plurality of lines 3 and 4.
