<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the redistributing method of a network-type television broadcast video, by which a user can receive an arbitrary television broadcast video free of charge, irrespective of one's residing area and broadcasting time, a broadcast station can obtain new income and an advertisement requester can advertise inexpensively. SOLUTION: A service user 4 inputs program information which is desired to be distributed 11 to a service supplier 2 from a remote place via a computer network 5 and reserves the recording of a television program. The advertisement requester 3 supplies advertisement information 8 to the service supplier 2 via the computer network 5. The service supplier 2 records the program, which the service user 4 designates by receiving it from the broadcast station 1. Advertisement information is embedded in the video of he received program, redistribution data is generated, and it is transmitted to the service user 4. The service supplier 2 requests an advertisement charge from the advertisement requester 3, according to the amount of advertisements, obtains an income and pays the usage rate to the broadcast station 1 according to the time and the content of the program, which is redistributed.</p> |
